I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies (McLean, VA)
Interview
The interview happened in a third party site, where I was sent a link and someone from India who doesn't have any idea about what the clients project is about is sitting on the other side of the interview on other side of the planet. The interview was smooth, he was only there to test my technical skills it seems. All basics only he didn't go deep into anything and let me explain the questions he asked and where I used it in my job. He was only interested in the definition of what he asked and nothing more. He looked kind of frustrated when I tried to explain more, maybe its because of the time. In the end he asked me to write a small piece of code, when I wrote it he was surprised and asked me to write one more which I did. Then he jumped into some more theory questions. Then again he asked me to write some code, the interview was scheduled for 45 mins. But it went for more than 1 hour. He told that Hexaware team will get back to me and he will submit his feedback to the Hexaware team.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies (Pune) in Nov 2025
Interview
I had a disappointing interview experience with this company due to a lack of communication and professionalism from the recruitment team.
I cleared the L1 virtual interview, after which the recruiter invited me for a face-to-face interview in Pune on 6th December 2025. I attended the interview in person, and the interview panel gave very positive feedback at the end of the discussion. They appreciated my technical knowledge and informed me that the feedback was positive.
After the interview, the recruiter mentioned that I would receive a call to discuss the offer. However, I never received any follow-up. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times over the following weeks, but received no response.
It has now been over two months, and there has been no update, rejection, or closure. This lack of communication was extremely disappointing, especially after investing time, effort, and travel for a face-to-face interview.
