Interview Experience at Hexaware
I recently went through the interview process at Hexaware, and overall, it was a well-organized and insightful experience. Here’s a breakdown of the stages involved:
Online Test:
The first round consisted of an aptitude test, technical questions, and pseudocode problems. The questions were fairly challenging and tested both problem-solving and technical knowledge.
Group Discussion:
Shortlisted candidates participated in a group discussion round. This round evaluated communication skills, teamwork, and clarity of thought.
HR Round:
The final round for most candidates was the HR interview. It was conversational, with questions focused on personal background, career goals, and alignment with Hexaware’s values. Hiring decisions were made at this stage for some roles.
PGET Role Selection:
For candidates considered for the Post Graduate Engineer Trainee (PGET) role, there were additional rounds:
Coding Round: Focused on advanced programming skills and problem-solving.
Executive Council (EC) Round: A technical discussion to assess in-depth knowledge and technical expertise.
Offer Letter:
The final Letter of Intent (LOI) was shared a few days after the process for the selected candidates.
Final Thoughts:
The entire process was smooth and transparent. Each stage was well-defined and provided ample opportunity to showcase technical and interpersonal skills. The additional rounds for the PGET role ensured a fair evaluation for advanced positions.
I appreciate Hexaware’s structured approach and would recommend this company to peers looking for a dynamic and professional environment.
Interviewer joined after 1 hour of login time, asked me just what are the pillars of oop that i answered correctly and other hr questions which lasted for just 5 minutes and rejected me based on these 5 minutes

In group discussion, they will mainly focus on the quality of speech not quantity. So, focusing on the way of speaking is important. The remaining rounds are quite easier. Aptitude, Programming, Tech HR, General HR are easy to clear.
