1st initial screening round 2nd communication round 3rd HR interview After getting selected they made us wait for some time and then lot of training on soft skills and technical each will have multiple tests where you need to clear (within 2 chances) else you will be removed.But it will be easy enough to clear within that attempts. So, yes it is not confirmed till you complete the full training only then you will receive the offer letter and joining details .So it could take 4 -8 months or even lesser of you're lucky (based on business requirements) . In my case more than 8(you will not recieve any salary or stipend till that).This role is like they train you and then they will hire you.
