Interview
There are three stages in the Hexaware Recruitment process.
Stage 1: Coding Challenge
Stage 2: Group Discussion
Stage 3: HR Interview
the recruitment process tests the mental performance of the applicant. The candidates will be interviewed by a panel of interviewers from the HR team and will test the candidate's ability to handle critical situations, mental conditions, etc. It is considered to be an easy one, but the most crucial round in the whole recruitment process.

Interviewer joined after 1 hour of login time, asked me just what are the pillars of oop that i answered correctly and other hr questions which lasted for just 5 minutes and rejected me based on these 5 minutes

In group discussion, they will mainly focus on the quality of speech not quantity. So, focusing on the way of speaking is important. The remaining rounds are quite easier. Aptitude, Programming, Tech HR, General HR are easy to clear.

Basic Programming, General Aptitudes, OOPS, OS, SQL,DS.
The interview process was well-structured and not very hard, starting with GD, followed by aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I attended through campus placements and had a smooth, positive experience throughout. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
