I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies
Interview
Aptitude and Coding Test:
A standard online test with logical reasoning, aptitude, and coding questions. The level was moderate, and the platform was stable.
Communication Round:
This round assessed soft skills like spoken English, clarity, and confidence. It was conversational and easygoing.
Final Interview:
A mix of technical and behavioral questions. The interviewer was polite and asked about past projects and problem-solving scenarios.
Although the process was smooth, the experience turned disappointing when the company failed to honor the Letter of Intent (LOI) that was issued after the final round. There was no clear communication or follow-up, which reflects poorly on their professionalism and commitment.
Interviewer joined after 1 hour of login time, asked me just what are the pillars of oop that i answered correctly and other hr questions which lasted for just 5 minutes and rejected me based on these 5 minutes

In group discussion, they will mainly focus on the quality of speech not quantity. So, focusing on the way of speaking is important. The remaining rounds are quite easier. Aptitude, Programming, Tech HR, General HR are easy to clear.
