Hexaware Technologies Technical Support Engineer interview questions

Had 3 rounds of interview to which they said all good, will get back for the next round of interview.. on calling them the only feedback given is in process and will let you know.. when asked if it was negative they say no but still a decision is pending.. asked for 1 week to get back.. its been more than 2 weeks and the only thing u get from the recruitment team is i need to approval on it.. If no approval why call a person for the interview in the first place?
