I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
I got a call from Naukari for Automation testing for the Bangalore location, I was told to take the online test(Java + Selenium) for 50 mins. If I pass the online then I will be shortlisted to the 2nd round.
I got a call for the 2nd round after a week.
I took the interview for 30 mins. The technical round was easy. After a day I got a call saying that the Bangalore location is already filled with other candidates can you relocate to another location.
If you have already hired the candidates for the specific location, why you are scheduling the interview for that location then? Don't waste the candidate's time. You are not the only company we are looking for.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies (Chennai) in Oct 2019
Interview
The hiring process was too long, though I cleared my online test remotely, the people as soon as i arrived inspite of informing did not note down my details, after asking for 5 times they wrote down my details and called me with other candidates who also attended online test on the interview day. The wait was tiring. I cleared the interview but in HR round the HR saw my profile and said that my current organization is a client for them and they have their own terms and conditions because of which they cannot release offer. They were so lethargic after wasting my entire day and just said sorry. Totally irresponsible act, why don't they see the profile details before even sending links for online test. Such an irritating process. If an organization has bonds they should be cautious while sending invites to the candidates. Totally a waste of energy and time and ofcourse enroute expenses.
