Great communication, feedback and expectation setting throughout. 1st stage with the people team, then 2 further formal stages with sales leadership. The process took an average amount of time for a senior sales role.

First stage was a Zoom call with a TA person in Isreal. They emailed me asking for my availability over the next few days. I responded within the same day providing my availability. I then had no response whatsoever to my email, so after 7 DAYS, I emailed her again asking if they/she still wanted to interview me. 5 DAYS later they responded and we set up a first stage with her for the next day. I had the interview with her, which was fine and out of that she organised a 2nd stage interview with the hiring manger for the end of that week, I turned up for the 2nd stage interview via Zoom and the hiring manager no-showed! I stayed on the call for 25 minutes just in case they turned up, but neer did I emailed the TA whilst waiting on the Zoom call and I NEVER received an response, I have never come across a more disorganised and unprofessional recruitment team in my life and it has left a very bad taste in my mouth as they showed absolutely no respect to myself and my time!
