Interview
Applied online then did an Short 30 minute HR interview talking about previous experience and what the position would entail. Then, after about a week or two went into a panel interview where I interviewed with the DM, HR, and National Account Manager. Interview process was about 90 minutes consisting of previous work experience, dealing with customers, and what I would do to meet sales goals.

The interview process focused heavily on relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and examples of working cross-functionally. Behavioral questions were all STAR-based, and they wanted strong proof of territory ownership, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving.
STAR format was used for interview. To keep things simple for them and for you, I would consider responding with, "The situation was... The task was...", etc. The interviewers had to take notes and it's way easier for them to do so if you tell them what each letter of the acronym applied vs them having to take in all that you said and make it fit onto their notes.
