The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hill's Pet Nutrition (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Completed a phone interview with a corporate recruiter. Asked me about my background and why I was interested in the job and my salary requirements. About a week later they set up a greenjobs live interview where I was interviewed by two district managers. Both were very nice and made the interview feel comfortable. STAR based questions. Received an email a day later saying I was no longer a candidate. If you are light on experience and young, you will likely not get the job. They hi-lighted as their biggest concern: my age and experience.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you were in an unethical situation? How did you handle it?
I interviewed at Hill's Pet Nutrition (Fresno, CA)
Interview
The interview process focused heavily on relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and examples of working cross-functionally. Behavioral questions were all STAR-based, and they wanted strong proof of territory ownership, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving.
STAR format was used for interview. To keep things simple for them and for you, I would consider responding with, "The situation was... The task was...", etc. The interviewers had to take notes and it's way easier for them to do so if you tell them what each letter of the acronym applied vs them having to take in all that you said and make it fit onto their notes.

Considered application with no sales experience coming out of college, positive interview process and good description of role expectations. Unforutantely, I was limited on where I could relocate at the time.
