I applied online. I interviewed at Hill's Pet Nutrition (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2011
Interview
Panel interview, asking the same sales questions. What would you do... How did you handle.. How did you manage your territory... What was the most stressful situation you have been in. How did you handle it. Where do you want to be in five years. Where do you want to go in the company? How do you handle stressful situations?

Question 1
Name a time you had to close the deal under pressure
I interviewed at Hill's Pet Nutrition (Fresno, CA)
Interview
The interview process focused heavily on relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and examples of working cross-functionally. Behavioral questions were all STAR-based, and they wanted strong proof of territory ownership, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving.
STAR format was used for interview. To keep things simple for them and for you, I would consider responding with, "The situation was... The task was...", etc. The interviewers had to take notes and it's way easier for them to do so if you tell them what each letter of the acronym applied vs them having to take in all that you said and make it fit onto their notes.

Interview
Considered application with no sales experience coming out of college, positive interview process and good description of role expectations. Unforutantely, I was limited on where I could relocate at the time.
