I applied, had HR contact me via email for a 30 mins phone interview. The HR screening was a more basic behavioral one and it was a good conversation and was advised immediately that an interview will be set up with the Director. Interview was scheduled and the day came but the interview was cancelled barely 5 mins to the scheduled time via email without an explanation.
I know things happen but courtesy.... I would expect a more courteous way of dismissing a candidate because I am sure you would be pissed if the tables were turned.
