Hilton Customer Service Representative interview questions

it was virtual and not very user friendly, the same questions every single other company uses. The time given to answer each question was not enough for most of my answers.

Interviewer was kind and knowledgeable. Building seemed quite organized, busy, and efficient. I had to fill out paper work for 5-10 minutes. I spoke with interviewer for 10 minutes. They require you to read off a paper to respond to a client in making an appointment.
