My goal is to go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs.I will listen, empathize, and be very attentive. I get the issues solved right away. It was a nice work environment. I liked working for the Hilton. It was clean. It was a stress-free job. My manager was cool. I was a student at the University of Pheonix at the time, so the hours were good for me. So, I liked the environment. It was a good work environment.

Questions weren't so bad. Be prepared for scenario-based questions. As long as you're friendly and articulate, this interview shouldn't be as bad as you think. Make sure you dress formally and I had my resume on hand but they didn't ask for it.

It was a professional setting, with a nice person leading the interview process. The interview didn't take a long time and the environment was relaxing. They made you feel welcome and were open to answering questions.

She called to set up the interview the day after I submitted my application on Indeed. It was relatively short, about 15 minutes and pretty conversational although she did have a set of questions she asked me - about one side of a piece of paper.
