Very poor experience with Hilton. I was interviewed for an HR Director position and they told me they had 2 positions I would be a fit for… Therefore I met with many people (12!) in various forms. One of the interviewers was sick during my in person visit so they schedule another one after my on site. The end result, they hired an internal candidate for both positions. As an HR professional you always look internal first. To have two different roles go internal and to waste hours of my time — shows poor HR professionalism. With that being said, I am glad it didn’t work out.
Difficult interview

Interview
The offer was extended to transfer to another property. The process was not long. Having worked with the Brand before, the questions were aligned to relocation and salary improvement. As an expatriate the conditions of employment would be somewhat different.

Interview
Very thorough. Incumbent interview, hiring manager Interview, client interview and senior leadership interview before an interview person site visit. They asked about experience and how the HR director would handle certain situations.
