I applied on their career website: www.hilton.worldwide.com/careers. They only take into consideration applications received here. I was called and I was invited for an interview with the Sr Recruiter and with the person that was having my position at the moment. They mainly checked my previous experience, knowledge about the company and motivation for the job. After the interview, 3 days later I was called in for a test, where they checked for office knowledge, numerical and verbal reasoning, english and presentation skills. I had to deliver a presentation in front of the HR Manager, and afterwords I received feedback on it and I had an interview with her. This interview was more focused on motivation, passions, development needs, other skills and interest and future plans. 4 more days later I was called for a final interview with the General Manager of the hotel. 5 Days later I got a call and the HR Manager made me the offer.
