The process was quick and all expected - ok. They were looking for someone who could do various shifts, including evenings and weekends. I was not expecting that I had to be super flexible but this manager wanted me to promise to be available on Sundays.
The interview process was well-organized, professional, and transparent. The interviewer communicated clearly, asked relevant questions related to the role, and created a comfortable environment. Overall, the process felt respectful, efficient, and aligned with Hilton’s high service standards.
One interview with the General Manager was thorough, understanding and been a great company to work for very flexible. Discussed work history, personality, how I handle situations. Full time hours.
