Submitted by resume in person to HR and was called a week later for an interview. Was interviewed by head of the department. He seemed rather jittery and kind of put me at unease. Asked very simple questions.

The interview process involved a panel of 2–3 employees who asked questions related to my understanding of the company, general awareness, and current affairs. They also assessed my communication skills, clarity of thought, and basic knowledge relevant to the role.
