I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hitachi Vantara
Interview
One of the most pleasant interview processes I went through. The HR team was very quick to respond to questions and didn't drag out the process over several months. They provided a dinner the night before the "on site" interview with a few VP's present. Interview day was very enjoyable with 1:1 interviews and a group case study. It seems like they were targeting business students, not just engineers.

Question 1
Group Case study, talking about past experiences with VP
Pretty basic process.
They just did a couple of questions along 3 interviews.
One with a talent recruiter.
Another more technical.
A last one that was behavioral.
The process took around 1 week.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hitachi Vantara (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2023
Interview
The case study was challenging but fair. Lots of good questions but straightforward. Good rapport with everyone in the room which was nice to see compared to others. I would recommend.
A Phone screening by the recruiter followed by three to five video interviews with prospective bosses and teammates. The level of seniority in interviewers progressed as the interviews went on. Finally, I had a call with the recruiter telling me the results. The team enjoyed, but the company recently went on a hiring freeze.
