I have been reached out by a recruiter via LinkedIn and convinced me to appear for a hiring event. She told me that managers really liked my background and would love to chat me.
I hesitantly let recruiter to share my profile with managers and after few weeks of pin drop silence, recruiter reached out with update saying "you were not selected to get the final invitation to the networking event, since there are other caliber candidates."
Well, it was bummer but it's OK and I understand.
I was surprised to see another message in Jun that another person reviewed my profile and want to invite me for interview. surprise surprise...
This speaks alot about what is going on company and it's culture. It's a BIG red sign yelling run as far as you can. I had no choice but say thank you for consideration but I'm not available anymore.
Bottom line is that stop playing with people. Make your mind what you want to do and stick with it.
