I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Hitachi Vantara (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Had an on-campus interview that contained two 45-minute interviews. I was later invited back for final round interviews at their office in Chicago, which was two days. The second interview involved a group case that wasn't too difficult and two 45 minute interviews with VPs and managers. All together, I had interviews with 4 different people (two for the first, two for the second).

Met at a career fair on University of Colorado Boulder campus and was selected for an on campus interview. Attended an informational session as well. The employee that I met at the career fair remained in contact with me throughout the process.

Interview
The process was a bit rushed and not well organized. Everyone I talked with at Hitachi was very kind and engaging. I appreciated the amount that they cared for their applicants. However I think better organization could help to provide a better experience for all.

Question 1
You and I are going to set up a valet service for a downtown hotel in Seattle. Walk me through your process.
First round will be a phone screening process with Hr. Next round is an in-person interview with 2 managers and Vice-President. Questions asked were primarily how you handled various tasks and projects.
Negative experience because if you're going to have 3 different heads of leadership interview candidates, they should really all be on the same page with each other; two were emphasizing a lot on work/life balance and how your work experience can be utilized in this position. The other manager spoke heavily about there being no work/life balance and questioned what value someone would have if their experiences don't stem from the tech sector.
