Interview
The interview process at Hitachi involves four steps:
Recruiter Screen: An initial video call to assess your qualifications and interest.
Team Meeting: A technical discussion with two team members to evaluate your skills and problem-solving abilities, with portfolio presentation.
Manager Interviews: Interviews with two managers to discuss your experience, career goals, and technical knowledge.
Design Challenge Presentation: A presentation of a design challenge solution to two managers, assessing technical skills and communication abilities.
