Job postings here are not real opportunities. They seem to interview candidates mainly to gather ideas and learn how to improve their own processes.
I went through the final rounds for two roles. In one case, they closed the requisition right after the interviews without any explanation. In the other, they extended an offer with an insultingly low salary — more appropriate for an entry-level hire than a director position — and then closed the role entirely.
To make matters worse, they fired the recruiter coordinating the process midway through.
The company is a complete mess internally. There is no real sense of alignment, no established processes, no clarity, and no effective communication. It feels like they are fishing for free information rather than genuinely building a team.
Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience that wasted a significant amount of time and energy.
