Really cool experience. Applied through their website just on the general application link and was contacted within a couple of days.
First was a pre-screen interview where they ask you some questions about yourself and why you applied to the position along with the experience you have. Then they put you in the companies potential new hire database and if someone likes you they will get in touch with you.
A couple of days later I was sent an email saying they were interested and wanted to fly me to Atlanta for a couple of days for an interview which I thought was weird at the time since I only had a 10-minute convo with HR but they worked with me to schedule a flight that would work for me and put me up in a hotel next to the headquarters along with personal drivers and everything.
The 2nd interview in Atlanta was about 2-3 hours and comprised of seperate meetings with 4 different people in various positions such as "Pre Construction", "Superintendent", "Coordinator", etc.
They really are looking for people who are passionate about construction and that they can teach as the company is desperate for more workers.
While I had previous experience at a very small General Contractor as a Project Engineer, I didn't even have a degree in construction management.
Don't go into it super stressed and nervous. Its really meant to be a nice conversation where they try to learn about you.
