Interview
Application was first filled out online. They then called me in for an interview. I interviewed first with the head of the breakfast and the front office manager. Then the General Manager came over. They asked for strengths, weaknesses and were most concerned with my schedule and whether I would be able to be at their call every morning.

Describe a time you had difficulty with a customer and explain how you handled it.
The interview was easy. They ask simple questions about previous employers then talk about your availability. I started working during the pandemic and it was a little stressful because it wasn’t that many people coming in. But the ones who did (construction workers) were great. And the manager of the building was great.

Interview
Easy, simple. Just asked if I am ok to wake up early in the mornings. Then simple routine questions about experience. They got back to me within the week. That is all.

The supervisor is very nice. I am asked a few questions and the process is relaxing. I think it is a very good experience. I enjoy the process and it is quite casual.
