I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn Express
Interview
I walked in and asked for an application. I filled it out on the spot and turned it in. After thirty minutes had passed, they called me in for an interview the next day. After a couple of days they offered me the job. I took it and had to wait a week for back ground checks and things. Then I started working. It was very smooth.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked very generic questions that one would expect in an interview (she read them off of a sheet). Some questions included what are your strengths and weaknesses, how would you handle certain situations, and are you team player, among others.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn Express (Newberry, SC) in Nov 2023
Interview
It’s extremely easy. If they are hiring, they most likely need to fill the position ASAP so all they need to know is your experience and your availability. Don’t stress about them asking you about certain situations that you might be out in.

Interview
I applied online and interviewed with the General Manager in her office.
She gave plenty of opportunities to ask questions and was very informative about the job as well.

Question 1
Who is someone at your current employer that you have a hard time working with and why?
I applied online. I interviewed at Holiday Inn Express (Humble, TX) in May 2016
Interview
I got a phone call and went to interview with them. The manager told me that he wants to hire me and told me to come the other day to sign the hiring documents and that he would schedule me for the training. I got my hiring documents home to sign them and return the other day and he told me that I had to meet with the owner of this place because he told him about my education and the owner was impressed. The owner of this place not only did not do a single question job related but started asked a lot of personal questions( which you cant by low) and offered me another job that I didn't applied for. I didn't accept his offer. Very unprofessional on his part.I took this job seriously and left disappointed, I wish I could never applied. The worst interview I have ever had in my life. holiday inn is franchised I cant talk for other locations BUT If you respect yourself enough than don't apply for this particular location. WORST INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
