Interview
I was contacted a day after submitting my application in person. I was offereded to meet with the front desk manager in person for a face to face interview. They questioned me on my previous Hotel Experience. I was asked which POS system i was familiar with, and my availability. The interview was very calm , They didnt try to make me nervous, or use trick questions or anything. it was a very straight forward Q&A interview
first applied through website, then I was invited for interview by the general manager at the hotel location then I got offer in a week after that. It was pretty straight forward.

Waited an annoying amount of time to be greeted, assistant manager sat down with me in the hotel lobby, and asked basic interview questions. Process was maybe 30 minutes in total.

Asked me about my availability during holiday breaks as a college student.
Easy going, asked about my resume and questions about why I wanted to be there. Also asked about what I wanted my hourly pay to be. I thought the process wasn't bad overall.
