Spoke to recruiter over the phone and then met with the Manager of the department through a Zoom interview. Questions were kind of generic, nothing difficult to answer. Explained a small gap in my resume, legit 2 months from being laid off from last job. They completely GHOSTED me as well. I read the other postings on here before the interview to try to prepare myself and it seems to be something common they do. I emailed back just asking for any updates or next steps but no follow up at all. It doesn't take much time to let someone know you are moving forward without them. Not a company I would look forward to working with if thats how they treat candidates. You never know who can be a client in the future.
