I applied online and got called for an interview. The manager was very pushy in wanting me to come in and interview. When I got to the store on time I had to wait for almost an hour because she was in a conference. Finally we sat down and she wanted me to tell her about myself. She asked me situational questions. She basically offered me the job, but then called me a few days later to officially offer it to me after calling my references.

Great easy interview the recruiter was very welcoming. They asked about 6 questions and most were just about your past experiences. Then the speak about the role in detail and ask for your availability.

Applied through their website, then received an over the phone chat about availability and to set a date for interview. It was a 1-1 interview and asked basic questions like ‘tell me about yourself, or when did you face a challenging customer’ etc. Was told I got the job two days later and the orientation was the following week.
