Interview
The interview process has been exciting. The focus is mainly on how much the person is capable of learning more than what he already knows. Also they also might ask things that are not actually possible to test your confidence and knowledge levels.
Exciting experience . I liked it.
First round was with the technical specialists, second round was with the manager who discussed in detail about the roles and responsibilities and the third round was with the HR which was about the salary negotiation.
There was a Zoom call to start. Afterwards, I had a presentation that outlined my work history and further conversations with HR. They invited me to visit and see the site.
