Interview with Finance Director & Operations Director. Started with short introduction of all 3 of us. Then i was asked to give a brief overview of my CV & detailed over view of the last 2 roles held in Honeywell. I was probed on how relevant was my previous roles in driving business decisions. What are the value additions i have to the previous roles plus what i will be bringing to the table to the new role

I have received regular feed back from HR after each interview on how interviewer felt and asking me about how I felt.
