I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Honeywell (Kansas City, KS) in Nov 2023
Interview
Short interviews, akin to speed dating, involve fifteen minute sessions with three hiring managers. This format allows swift interactions, giving candidates exposure to multiple decision-makers in a brief time frame.
The interview was in 2 rounds, one online test and one technical interview. Most question were resume based, but later on they asked about Polymorphysm concept (OOPS) which I wasn't very well aware of and a few DSA questions.
