I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (New Haven, CT) in Sep 2013
Interview
Brief, not well coordinated, but quick. Job descriptions do not align with actual responsibilities and many of the interviewers do not know how to interview adding to the ambiguity.
The were more concerned about previous employers than they were about specific skills. It is obvious they were trying to attract employees away from competitors.

Question 1
They wanted to know a lot about my former employer since I was coming from a competitor company.
1-2 behavioral interview rounds. 1st round may be through an external agency. 2nd round would be with full time members on the team. Online interview, about 30 minutes long. 2 interviewees with basic behavioral questions.
Did an online form in place of a typical HR screening. Completed an online cognitive assessment. Had one interview with the hiring manager, and then a final interview with a panel.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
No follow-up. Three weeks after my interview, I contacted the HR department to find out they had filled the position I interviewed for. I never heard anything back from the hiring manager, even though they said they would contact me 'either way.' Very frustrating.
