Entire process took just under 2 months, although unnecessarily so considering the process could have been done in less than half the time. Reached out by recruiter for screening interview availability, I responded same day but it was radio silence from the recruiter for a week before locking down a time for initial call. A week after screening call, was told hiring manager wanted to speak and took another 3 weeks to lock down a time. At some point, another company had come in with an offer and I nudged Honeywell with that update. No response or acknowledgement from Honeywell (I tried calling recruiter but I'm pretty sure she just hung up on me), until basically the day I had to decide on the other company's offer. I still completed the final panel interview with Honeywell over Teams, and was told a week later that I got the gig. HOWEVER, I still had to re-apply on a different posting since the original was a "pipeline" requisition. I did so ASAP, and HR got back to me saying that no verbal or written offer could be made until 5 business days. At this point, I had already accepted another offer.
Not sure if my experience was unique, but I would advise Honeywell's recruiting team to review their processes else they risk losing out on top candidates.
