Honor interview questions

Very pleasant over the phone, and I really liked talking with one of the cofounders during the onsite. I completed the game board problem and did ok with just the whiteboard. I got stuck on the second problem because I couldn't figure out how to create all the permutations of possibilities. I told the interviewer that the problem wasn't clear and that without any test cases I had a hard time formulating an answer. The response was, "if you couldn't understand the problem based on the information given, we wouldn't be able to collaborate effectively." I was quickly shown the door right before having lunch with the team.

Full-Time Client Manager/Customer Service Associates position(s) was posted on Craigslist. The positions were being hired for the new Concord, CA location. I hope I am called-back when position open-up again in the new year 2016. Phone Interview and Face-to-Face Interview. But, at the end of the selection process, I was told that the hiring personnel will take "a step back from building out the customer service call center because we have a few team members who would like to shift internally and join the team. I will eventually need to add to the wonderful team but for now, we are pausing the search process for these positions. I hope we can stay in touch in the event we open the process back up. " Okay, I hope to get that call. I did call the hiring personnel and she mentioned hiring may open-up in the new year. I hope she will honor that.
