Honor Senior Backend Engineer interview questions

We scheduled an initial phone screen. The interviewer did not show up to the phone screen. I emailed and asked if we needed to reschedule. I was told that the interviewer had a meeting that ran over and asked if I had time to chat today. I gave my available time on that day. No response. I emailed a few days later and asked if we would be rescheduling. No response.
