Besides that, professionalism and integrity are what the company is founded on. So, if you have these things going on then the chances are pretty good that they'll give you a shot.

This was a two step process, well 3 really, but overall it wasn't too difficult to get the preliminary interview scheduled with the recruiter. I just submitted my application through the company's website and got a call back pretty quickly. I met with the management staff on two different occasions, passed a background check and drug screening, and it was go-time after that. I love it so far.
