Interview
Was an extremely will managed and coordinated effort that moved very quickly. Lead recruiter followed-up after each step in the process to provide feedback and talk about next steps...a very basic, fundamental practice in which a lot recruiters do not do, so really set the tone (positively) for the whole process.
