I have more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry; I have worked in North, Central, and South Americas and the Caribbean for major hotel brands in upscale properties occupying jobs ranging from Training Manager to AGM and GM, and currently working in one of those positions in the USA. After one phone interview and one face-to face interview with Hospitality Ventures, I did not get the job because I am not relocatable, are you kidding me? Really, to hell with your experience as long as you are movable, and portable. I can just imagine how hard it is to work for this company as an AGM or GM. The Real Estate Investment’s gold-digging approach to hospitality is really damaging the industry and its hard working professionals. They should get out of the hospitality industry; they know nothing about Hotel Management and Legendary Service.
