Quick reply from the recruiter and initial phone screen, but then I had to do an analytics project over 3 days, which took me hours to complete. Then the next day after submitting just a rejection email with no feedback. My experience is in this industry and field so I’m not only shocked, but mad at myself for spending so much time on this project only to learn the company does not care about the candidates, their
experience, and hard hard work.
