One of the most unique interview processes I've gone through.
The entire process took about two weeks. They are definitely investing in keeping the company culture as great as it is now, so be who you are (they are good judges of character so they will know if you're not being authentic)
Before you even come in for an interview you have to take a quick online assessment, it's straightforward.
Then there is an initial interview which is more about telling you about HouseCall. Everything is super transparent here so what you see if what you get. Management is open about what the position entails and wants to be sure that you are up for the challenge!
Next is a presentation. This was my favorite part of the interview process. Have fun with it, seriously.
The last step in the final interview (mine was with Josh and Ryan). It's pretty relaxed and the questions aren't designed to trick you. Like I mentioned, be yourself and be confident!
Amber who is in charge of HR was really helpful through the entire process as well, she made it a point to let you know she was available to you for any questions you may have and was really easy to talk to. She made the process from start to finish a really great experience!
