Mayo Clinic really stresses the importance of patient care. The daily duties of my position can be taught to anyone with a willingness to learn, but the patient care requires interpersonal skills and humility. I made sure that my interviewer knew that I would put the needs of the patient first - something that is stressed by all Mayo employees.
