Everyone has bad days... and I know what it’s like to be the customer but the best experiences I had with customer service is the ones who made me laugh in a bad situation or were very empathetic about the situation. You can almost always turn a bad situation into a positive. You just have to not let their bad emotions transfer to you. You have to take control of the negative situation and “make” it positive.

STAY VERY CALM AND EMPATHETIC. LET THEM VENT AND TELL THEM THAT YOU WILL WORK TOGETHER TO SOLVE THEIR ISSUE.
