Test on Artic, a bit unusual but process explained before. After test you get a traits report. Then you're meant to be contacted but no contact has been received, so presume wasnt suitable. Would be nice to at least get an email advising so especially as youve taken time to apply and sit the assessment.

Interview takes months to arranged and when it is they aren’t aware what they are doing with the organisation. The interview and recruitment is supposed to be fair but the company and teams seem to be discriminatory against disabilities in the recruitment process.
Offered the role, retracted the role, ignored further. Aren’t a very nice team or company.

Pretend phone call to sell a holiday, basic stuff you need to include in the call. Simple sales protocol.
2 stages. 1 with my prospective manager and one with the practice director. Around 3 weeks between interviews. I had to wait around 3 weeks after the second interview for a formal offer.
