This was the most uncomfy interview ever. It started with a typical phone screening which was fine, and I was contacted a few days later to come into the office for an in person interview. When I walked in to the room I stuck out my hand to shake hands with the managers and they said "ummm no". They then proceeded to go get me a mask which I am ok with but I felt that someone should have told me beforehand if masks were required and managers were too scared to shake hands. After 2 basic questions, they turned it around to me to ask questions. I asked what the schedule was for the position and they looked at eachother perplexed. They asked me what I meant. I asked if it was m-f, 8-5? They still couldnt give me a straight answer and I walked away still confused. I also asked what made them stay at the company and one anwered " well that's a personal question"....... it's really not. The whole thing was so weird I left (without shaking their hands of course), and never heard from them again. Even if I was offered this position, I would've declined.
