went through two rounds of interview.
first with hiring manager and team lead / colleague
second with head of HR and GM
the HR would help to arrange the interviews and they have very lengthy documents to submit even in between the arranging of the interviews.

Question 1
- what do you think about working OT / over the weekends
- you realise one day before a million dollar tender that you dont have the necessary documents to submit the tender in time - what would you do
- if you were to host your clients 3 days 2 nights at our HQ in china, how would you plan the itinerary?

Interview
The interview process was with 2 hiring managers from China. However due to language barrier, you either need to speek fluently or speak slowly for them to understand and catch your keyword. Try to explain more or ask them a lot of question for you to answer back.

depends on the division arrangement, different interview styles but the point is to suit well for both sides. no need to be over nervous/ positive, but be professional is needed.
