I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process as a whole was very rewarding and I am very excited to join the HubSpot team. Everyone that I encountered through the process seemed to be very courteous and authentic through the interactions that I had with them. You get a better idea of someone who is a "fit" just based on some of these interactions.

Three rounds:
-Screening with recruiter
-Technical (live troubleshooting with a manager)
-Behavioral (3-30 minute interviews with managers)
The recruiter offers prep sessions before the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Take advantage of them as they’ll explicitly walk you through how to prepare.
Long hiring process; about 3 to 4 rounds in total. First was with HR for screening call. She was very friendly and professional. Good experience and she even gave me feedback post-interview to help me improve.
