Not only was my recruiter, Holly Peterson (Portsmouth Office), interested in my technical qualifications, I could tell that she was also trying to get to know me as a person. One moment we were geeking out over inbound marketing and the next we were discussing our favorite drinks at Starbucks. This has been my favorite and most impressive interview process I have ever experienced.
