Interview
The interview process consisted of the following:
1: An initial phone screen with behavioral interview questions.
2: A 1st interview in which you are to do a cold-calling exercise, get feedback and deliver it.
Then more behavioral interview questions.

1: Describe a time in which you experienced a failure. What did you do and how did you respond?
Screening then with hiring manager typical cold call rehearsal, minimal pushback heavy emphasis on culture nothing exciting.
Overall the interview was a pleasant experience even though I declined in the end due to opposing offer

Interview
Multiple rounds. Very nice interviewers. Prepare a lot of STAR based answers to basic questions. They're mostly trying to get a feel for your personality and how well you can talk.
