Went through 7 stages over 3 months and they decided not to hire anyone. This was very frustrating and would have preferred to not even interview with them. I would never want to interview at Hubspot again.

Question 1
How do you coach an individual or work with a customer
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot
Interview
The process was outlined a few times so I knew what to expect. It was long but I understood why. No one was rude but neither very interesting or interested. Lots of fluffy “good answer” type stuff.
My biggest issue is that after being rejected the only way to receive feedback is by scheduling yet another meeting. Who can devote even more time for feedback (which may be accurate or not) after a lengthy process which took weeks and many hours? Perhaps that could be useful for entry level positions with objective feedback but it seems rude to request even more time out of someone’s schedule. But if you don’t then you don’t have HEART.

Question 1
Why Hubspot? Describe a conflict at work? How do you tailor communication?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HubSpot (Singapore) in Aug 2021
Interview
Prompt responses, follow ups and scheduling. Honest feedback and open conversations about my standing in comparison to other candidates. However the organisation only hires existing candidates that have significant manager experience, not leaving much room for someone on the cusp and needs an opportunity to cement their potential.
